When does my box get here?

When you place your order, our team will immediately get to work assembling a box just for you, so you can expect your first box to arrive about a week after placing your order. Subsequent boxes will arrive on the monthly anniversary of that first arrival. For example if you started your subscription on the 5th of the month, you can expect the first box around the 12th, and future boxes around the 12th of each month.

How many items do I get in my box?

We offer plans for one, three, or five items each month. The three and five-item boxes offer a significant discount per item.

(One “item” categorized as “Paper Ephemera” might actually be a bundle of 5-6 photos, postcards, or handwritten letters)

What sorts of things can I get in my box?

The eight categories are just to let us know what interests you, so feel free to choose just one, all eight, or any combination that pleases you. Each month, we take that into consideration as we select items that meet your criteria. Variety is the spice of life!

Can I pick just one category and get all of my items in just that category?

Sure!

Can I change my preferences? If so, how?

No problem. Just contact us at subscriptions@royaltreasurechest.com and let us know which categories you’d like to add or remove. Check out our main page for descriptions and pictures of each category.

Can I give this as a gift?

Absolutely! What a great idea! You can give a 3 month, 6 month, 12 month, or open ended subscription to anyone you want. Just click here!

How do I cancel my subscription?

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your subscription, you can email us at subscriptions@royaltreasurechest.com. We’re happy to work with you to resolve any issues and make sure you’re getting the best gift possible. However, if you want to cancel, just email us and we’ll take care of it immediately.

How do I change my billing or shipping information?

Any of your payment confirmation emails will include a link to your MoonClerk page where you can update your credit card information.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes!  We love to ship internationally!  Contact us first though, since additional shipping charges apply and we want to make sure we can accurately communicate those costs. Boxes will be shipped using USPS First Class International Mail.
